Mitch and I have decided to have a go at making some of our own beer. With the first batch doing little more than make Amy and Mitch's bathroom smell we pushed on with a second brew undeterred. The second batch after two weeks made the bottling stage and so it was off to the shed to bottle up...
... We got quite a good system going and before we knew it there were thirty plus bottles of the amber nectar!
Two weeks after that we got our first taste and despite trying to find a positive (... it is cheaper!) we had to admit that we were a little disappointed. Still maybe its an acquired taste...
... only 28 bottles to go! Any home brewing tips gratefully received. ;0)

Amber nectar looks v professional! - bottles, tops, crates - John, in his role as connoisseur taster - with years of experience - will test in October -
he may have to also taste test during Nov.Dec.Jan as well!
