Head Colds...

Beth and I are really struggling with head colds at the moment. They seemed to start with persistent headaches for Beth and a tingling nose for me, however a few days later and Beth and I are finding it hard to breath and leaving a trail of discarded tissues. Alfie still seems bunged up, although we're not sure if this is because of his first bout of cold (... passed on to mum and dad!) or if he has picked up what we've got (... sorry Alfie!) It is obviously hitting me the hardest being a male ;0), but we are managing to do things around the house whilst keeping our distance from friends, particularly those with children of their own.
