It's no coincidence that Nan and Gramp's arrival in December has coincided with some healthy growth in the veggie patch. Some love, care and some green fingered magic is yielding impressive results. We've also had some great growing weather, which doesn't make for days at the beach, only yesterday I was out cutting the grass (... which can actually sit and watch grow at the moment!) in the rain sweating buckets because its still 30 degrees!
We can hopefully look forward to some organic veggies in the kitchen soon - Aubergine Salad, Aubergine Ice cream, Aubergine Cake and Aubergine Surprise could all be on the menu soon!
