We had some good news on the house front this week with the contracts being signed and exchanged as well as the good news coming in about the mortgage. In Australia as soon as the contracts are signed thats it, the vendors are legally bound to sell and we have to buy!
There is now a settlement period of 42 days before we can move in and start painting the nursery!!!
