I'm desperately working during the week so that I can have weekends and one day off to spend with mum while she's here. That said I do take some time each day to get out of the house and enjoy some really nice winter (nearly Spring!) weather. We took mum to a local nature reserve to check out some of the local wildlife - koalas, wombats, kangaroos Mum was brave enough to feed the emus and enjoyed the Koalas. We found out that you can pick the little furry fellas up if you get there at the right time so we may well give that a go before she goes home!
