Alfie got his first opportunity to see his dad actually win a game of football. After last weeks disappointing draw against the bottom team (we are second bottom!)we turned up to face the unbeaten all season run away leaders. We have started to play some good football of late and managed to get 2-0 up before I kicked the ball out of my own keepers hands directly to the opposition who scored!!! Ooops!
Still we held our nerve with Worm (don't ask!) scoring two more goals, before they scrambled another (not directly my fault this time!) sealing a 4-2 win! Exactly half way through the season we hope to finish in the top four so that we can participate in the finals.
